If your order payment mode is Cash on Delivery (COD) and you cancel your order, your order status will change to “Cancelled” and no further actions or processing will happen.

If your order payment mode is Prepaid and you cancel your order, your order status will change to “Cancelled” and a refund will be initiated which will be credited to your account in 5-7 working days.

An email and SMS communication will be sending to you for your cancellation and refund actions. In case your refund is not processed within specified time, you can raise a query ticket in customer support section.
