I want to cancel my order but I am not able to cancel it.

You can cancel your order until it is in “Packed” status. Once the order status becomes “Shipped”, cancellation is not allowed. You can cancel your order by clicking on “Cancel” button while it is available.

If you are unable to see “Cancel” button before your order status moves to “Shipped” status or you are unable to click it while the button is available, you can raise a query ticket in customer support section.
