The product that I received is defective / damaged. What should I do?
In case the product you received is defective or damaged, you can always return it or ask for a replacement of that product from the ‘Orders’ section. Kindly pack the product in the original packaging and hand it over to the courier partner who will be assigned to pick the product from your shipping address of the order.
In case of return order, your money will be refunded back to your bank account within the next 7 working days from the date of return order creation. If it is a replacement order, your defective product will be picked up by a separate courier partner and a new order will be delivered to you by a different courier partner.
